FUN FACT
While climbing Kilimanjaro, you might hear mysterious screams in the night - don't worry, it's just the tree hyrax, a cute rabbit-sized animal that's surprisingly a distant cousin of elephants!

Mount Kilimanjaro Trekking

Embark on the adventure of a lifetime climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak and the world’s highest free-standing mountain. Our 8-day trek via the Marangu Route (also known as the “Coca-Cola” route) offers a gradual ascent through five distinct climate zones. With professional guides, porters, and proper acclimatization days, we maximize your chances of reaching Uhuru Peak at 5,895 meters (19,341 feet).

Kilimanjaro Trekking Routes

Each Kilimanjaro route offers a unique perspective of this majestic mountain. The Marangu Route (5-6 days), known as the “Coca-Cola” route, is the only path offering hut accommodations and is popular for its gradual slope and direct approach. The Machame Route (6-7 days), nicknamed the “Whiskey” route, is more scenic but challenging, offering excellent acclimatization through its “climb high, sleep low” terrain. The Lemosho Route (7-8 days) is renowned for its remote wilderness and high summit success rate, approaching from the quiet western side. The Rongai Route (6-7 days), the only northern approach, offers a more gradual slope and is ideal during wet seasons. The Umbwe Route (5-6 days) is the most challenging and steep, recommended for experienced climbers only. The Northern Circuit (8-9 days) is the newest and longest route, offering unparalleled acclimatization and a unique 360° view of the mountain.
